Glenbervie Golf Club are looking for a passionate and driven assistant greenkeeper to help with the delivery of an excellent golf experience for all members and visitors. This presents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to develop their skills and play their part in the continued success of this prestigious golf club.

Glenbervie Golf Club is a modern and progressive private members Club with a proud golfing heritage and the excellent standards are further enhanced by the beautiful panorama and fantastic central location. Selected by the R&A as a 2022 Seniors Open Qualifying venue.

You should have proven ability as an assistant greenkeeper and be able to work under pressure and respond proactively to the varied requirements of a busy golf club. With a strong attention to detail, the successful candidate will have an excellent work ethic. You will report directly to the Course Manager and the hours will include weekends on a rotational basis.

STANDARDS
• Minimum 2 year’s green-keeping experience.
• NVQ level 2 sports turf management, desirable but not essential.
• Spraying and Chainsaw certificates desirable but not essential.
• Passion to learn and exceed member’s expectations with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of the game of golf.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Carry our turf maintenance by following established schedules and maintenance programmes.
